Install Approximately 115 square feet of floor tile in the basement kitchen.
Approximately 125 square feet of floor tile will be needed for install. (Provided by client)

  • floor preparation - cutback adhesive removal and priming (estimated)
    *Assume using primer from bathroom/laundry project
  • remove and re-install any existing wall base trim
  • set floor tiles (grid pattern, layout determined by installer)
  • apply grout

Installer recommends 1/4" grout joints. Grout color determined by client.

  • Client provided grout - coverage for ~115 square feet with 12" x 12" tile with 1/4" joints.
    (coverage varies by manufacture)

Invoices are due 21 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise noted.
Invoices are payable by check or credit card.
$40 NSF check fee.
Payments are considered fully earned and are non-refundable.
Payments not received when due result in immediate cessation of work.
Any property or materials belonging to the client can be retained as security until all claims have been resolved to satisfaction.
Invoices not reconciled within 30 days from the date of the invoice incur a $25 or 5% of balance, whichever is greater, late payment penalty.
Invoices not reconciled within 60 days from the date of the invoice incur an additional $50 or 10% of balance, whichever is greater, late payment penalty.
Invoices not reconciled within 90 days from the date of the invoice incur an additional $50 or 10% of balance, whichever is greater, and the account will be turned over to collections in the amount of the balance including all penalties.
